Die finnische Melodic Death Metal-Band VOIDFALLEN hat mit “Tread With The Ghosts” einen Clip bei YouTube geteilt. Der Track erlaubt einen zweiten Ausblick auf das kommendes Album – die Band hat die Arbeiten daran bereits nahezu abgeschlossen.

Die erste Auskopplung “Starved Of Martyrs” veröffentlichte die Gruppe schon im Juni 2023. Für die Band unterscheidet sich der neuen Song in einem Punkt von ihrem anderen Material:

“Starved of Martyrs ist ein schneller und unbarmherziger Track, welcher der ansonsten schwärzlichen Melodeath-Soundpalette der Band ein fast thrashiges Gefühl verleiht. Das Thema des Songs dreht sich um die toxische Verherrlichung des Lebens im Elend.”

Auch 2024 steigt Am Hawerkamp in Münster die nächste Auflage des VAINSTREAM ROCKFESTs, das zudem abermals eine Premiere feiern wird: Erstmalig findet das Open Air Festival an zwei Tagen statt – angesetzt sind der 28. und 29. Juni 2024.

Tickets gibt es noch bis 6. Februar 2024 (12:00 Uhr) zum “Early Bird”-Preis von 139,90€ im offiziellen Festivalshop. Anschließend steigt der Ticketpreis auf 159,90€.

Die Symphonic Metal-Album LEAVES’ EYES hat mit “Myths Of Fate” ein neues Album angekündigt. Es ist das neunte Album der deutschen Band aus Baden-Württemberg und folgt dem 2020er-Album “The Last Viking” nach. Mit dem Clip “Who Wants To Live Forever” präsentiert die Gruppe jetzt einen weiteren Song im Stream.

Ein Video zur Single “Realm Of Dark Waves” gewährt darüber hinaus einen weiteren Höreindruck.

“Myths Of Fate” wird am 22. März 2024 via AFM Records erscheinen. Einen ersten Vorgeschmack liefert die Single “Forged By Fire” über das legendäre Tyrfing-Schwert.

Das RAGNARÖK FESTIVAL geht auch 2024 wieder in eine neue Runde: Stattfinden wird das Event vom 4. bis 6. April 2024 in der Stadthalle in Lichtenfels. Tickets gibt es derzeit für 110,-€  über die offizielle Festivalhomepage.

Auftreten werden dort auch WALDGEFLÜSTER, die als 32. Band das Line-up komplettieren. Ebenfalls mit dabei: ORIGIN, MARDUK, FEN, GASBRAND, THEOTOXIN. Mit “Rot of the Soul” wird in einigen Wochen das neue Album der Funeral Doom Metal-Band ANGMODNES erscheinen. Es ist nach “The Weight of Eternity” (2022) das zweite Album des niederländischen Duos aus Utrecht, welches aus Martijn Velberg (APOTELESMA) und Yuri Theuns (APOTELESMA, WILDS FORLORN) besteht. Die Post Metal-Band IMPURE WILHELMINA veröffentlichte am 6. Oktober 2023 eine neue EP mit dem Titel “Dead Decades”. Darauf enthalten sind drei Neuinterpretationen von Künstlern wie KING CRIMSON oder THE CURE sowie zwei bislang unveröffentlichte B-Seiten der Aufnahmen zum Album “Antidote” (2021). Eine davon steht nun als Clip bereit: “Nebulae” bei YouTube.

Die IMPERICON FESTIVALS gehen 2024 in eine neue Runde und feiern dabei auch eine Premiere: Erstmals erhält die Festival-Reihe auch einen Ableger in Hamburg. Stattfinden wir ddie Veranstaltung außerdem wie gehabt in den fünf Städten Wien, Leipzig, Zürich, Oberhausen sowie München.

Wie gehabt erhält jede Stadt ein anderes Line-up, wobei der Headliner AS I LAY DYING an allen Terminen gesetzt ist. Für Leipzig und Oberhausen gibt es nun mit SAMURAI PIZZA CATS einen weiteren Act. Kurz vor Weihnachten präsentieren die Veranstalter außerdem eine Überraschung: BREAKDOWN OF SANITY feiern auf allen vier deutschen Festivals ihr Comeback.

Eine zweite Bandwelle erweiterte das Billing um CALLEJON (Leipzig), TERROR, NEAERA (Leipzig, Oberhausen), NASTY, DYING WISH, THORNHILL (Leipzig, Oberhausen) sowie THROWN (Leipzig, Oberhausen, Zürich, München). Background/Info: American Leslie Keffer is a familiar female artist for lovers of Noise and Experimental music. She’s already involved with music for a while and has released an impressive number of works and collaborative productions. She released this new opus in 2023 on No Part Of It.

Content: The album remains strongly driven by Experimental music although the Minimal-Electro format is pretty accessible. And some of these cuts are reminding me to the great and legendary Chris & Cosey. Nevertheless the work brings much more and also features mystic elements reinforced by mysterious chants. Leslie Keffer uses her voice as an extra, mystic, instrument reinforcing the mood hanging over the work.

+ + + : I like this work for its free-style which is however touching ground with Electro-Experimentalists. The slow rhythmic is an essential aspect to this work. I recommend listening to songs like “In Tongues”, “Energetic Code” and “Seeding” but also to the mystic opener “The Veil”.

– – – : A very few passages are maybe a little too experimental to my taste; it for sure remains a very minimal work.

Conclusion: Fascinating to see how an artist who’s active for years now can still reinvent het own sound. This is cool Minimal-Electronic music.

Die Sludge / Post-Black Metal-Band DEMANDE À LA POUSSIÈRE hat das Cover-Artwork, das von Vaderetro (u.a. für THE NECROMANCERS tätig) stammt, und die Tracklist ihres kommenden Albums “Kintsugi” preisgegeben. Es ist nach “Demande à la poussière” (2018) und “Quiétude hostile” (2021) das dritte Album der Franzosen aus Paris und wird am 3. Mai 2024 via My Kingdom Music erscheinen.

“”Kintsugi” ist eine intime, introspektive Reise in die Wunden des Seins. BLOODORN haben erste Infos zu ihrem Debütalbum bekannt gegeben: “Let The Fury Rise” wird am 24. Mai 2024 via Reaper Entertainment veröffentlicht. Die erste Single “Under The Secret Sign” steht als Clip bei YouTube bereit. Gitarrist Nils Courbaron erklärt:

“Ich bin sehr stolz, unsere erste Single ‘Under The Secret Sign’ zu veröffentlichen. Dieser Song ist einer der ersten, die ich für Bloodorn geschrieben habe. Wir haben diesen Song als erste Single ausgewählt, weil es der perfekte Track ist, um die Band den Leuten vorzustellen. Er ist schnell, eingängig und hat auch einige extreme Metal-Parts. Die Texte von Bloodorn handeln von der Situation in der Welt, dem Kampf der Menschheit und dem Kampf gegen jede Form von Unterdrückung. Ich war allein, als ich anfing, an Bloodorn zu arbeiten, und ich habe mich bei den Texten auf meinen Freund Johann Cadot verlassen.

Under The Secret Sign ist eine Art Einladung an unsere Gilde im Bloodorn-Universum. Es geht um einen blutigen Übergangsritus, ein Initiationsritual, das von verhüllten Gestalten tief in der Nacht durchgeführt wird.”

Außerdem teilte die Band das Cover des Albums, es stammt vom französischen Künstler Rusalkadsegin.

Darüber hinaus teilte die Formation “The Fullness Of My Being” im Netz. Es ist der vierte Vorab-Song, zuvor veröffentlichte die Band ein Visualizer-Clip “Flesh And Bone” bei YouTube.  Außerdem verfügbar ist ein Video-Clip zu “Swallowed By The Earth”. Der Track beschäftigt sich mit der Suche nach dem Sinn in den Prüfungen des Leben.

Die Modern Symphonic Metal-Band TEMPERANCE hat ein Musikvideo zu ihrem Stück “Full Of Memories” bei YouTube geteilt.

Zuletzt präsentierte die Gruppe auch einen Clip zur Single “Darkness Is Just A Drawing” bei YouTube geteilt. Mitte September 2023 hatte die Gruppe außerdem das Lyric-Video zum Track “No Return” bei YouTube hochgeladen. Es ist nicht der erste Preview-Song: Zuvor produzierte die Gruppe ein Musikvideo zur Single “Daruma”. Entnommen sind die Stücke dem neuen Album “Hermitage – Daruma’s Eyes Pt. 2”, zu welchem sich Gitarrist Marco Pastorino äußert:

“Wir sind so aufgeregt über dieses neue Kapitel namens ‘Hermitage’. Ich persönlich habe seit der Veröffentlichung der Suite ‘Daruma’s Eyes Pt. 1’ auf dem Album ‘Of Jupiter and Moons’ davon geträumt, ein echtes Konzeptalbum wie dieses zu schreiben, und schließlich haben wir es geschafft – eine komplette Geschichte mit sechs Charakteren (dargestellt durch sechs Sänger) plus einem großartigen Erzähler. Wir beschlossen, das Produktionsteam zu wechseln, das zu 100 % aus Italien stammt; wir arbeiteten mit Simone Mularoni am Mixing, wie schon bei den ersten drei Alben der Band, und zum allerersten Mal arbeitete ich mit jemand anderem für die Orchestrierung zusammen: Daniele Mazza, das Mastermind von Ancient Bards. Die Gothic Rock-Band SCHEITAN hat mit “Believe” eine neue Single ihres kommenden Albums “Songs for the Gothic People” veröffentlicht. Zuvor sind schon die Vorab-Singles “Lost In Time” und “Fire At Dawn” erschienen.

“Songs for the Gothic People” ist das vierte Album des Solo-Projekts von Pierre Törnkvist (HELLTRAIN) und das erste nach dem Comeback. Schließlich liegt das letzte Album, “Nemesis” (1999) schon 25 Jahre zurück. Erscheinen wird das Album am 22. Mai 2024 via The Circle Music.

Man darf durchaus spekulieren, was genau BURDEN OF GRIEF so befeuert, sind sie doch in gewisser Weise eine rare Spezies. Selbst nach drei Dekaden im Geschäft sind die Kasseler noch hungrig, streben nach neuen Gipfeln und erklimmen diese geradezu spielend. „Destination Dystopia“ macht diesbezüglich keine Ausnahme, lässt aber zugleich eine mögliche Antwort auf die soeben gestellte Frage durchblitzen. Wohin man blickt, scheint es mit der Welt mehr denn je den Bach runterzugehen – genug Stoff, um sich kreativ auszuleben.

So lässt es der Titel vermuten und so setzt es das Quintett in eigentlich gewohnten Bahnen um: Den flotten Melodic Death Metal der Göteborger Schule vermählen BURDEN OF GRIEF mit einer kompromisslosen Thrash-Kante, was den grundlegend melodiefixierten Stücken wie „World Under Attack“ oder „Fall Into Oblivion“ die nötige Portion Biss verleiht. Kein Fall von Altersmilde also: Die Band nutzt ihre Erfahrung lieber, um den einzelnen Kompositionen individuellen Charakter zu verleihen. Den ansteckenden Groove von „A Daydream of Sorrow“ veredelt das Duo Hanfland/Hellmuth beispielsweise durch eine abgebrühte Rock’n‘Roll-Attitüde, welche sich nicht nur im coolen Solo bemerkbar macht.

Die Balance ist darüber hinaus gut gewählt: Schnelle Melodic-Thrash-Keulen à la „Downfall“ stehen neben reflektierten Momenten wie dem Refrain von „Exposed To The Dark“, der ein wenig an ABLAZE MY SORROW erinnert; zudem beweist das nach vorn drängende „Fevered Dreams“ ein effektives Gespür für Melodien. „Destination Dystopia“ geht auch aus diesem Grund schnell ins Ohr, ohne sich an zeitgenössische Trends anbiedern zu müssen. Das gilt gleichwohl für die Vocals Mike Huhmanns, dessen Screams nicht die größte Bandbreite im Genre aufweisen mögen, dafür jedoch stets gut verständlich bleiben.

Auch das schafft Charakter, weshalb „Destination Dystopia“ ohne Füllmaterial auskommt. Im Gegenteil bringt die Band selbst im markigen Titeltrack ein gefühlvolles Gitarrensolo unter – nur eine von vielen belebenden Ideen, welche das Album frisch halten. Ob das Geheimnis hinter dieser Kreativität daher ausschließlich im desolaten Zustand der Welt zu finden ist, wollen wir getrost bezweifeln. Die lyrisch thematisierten Missstände mögen zusätzlicher Ansporn sein, neue Höhen erreicht man langfristig allerdings nur, wenn zuvorderst die Leidenschaft für die Musik an erster Stelle steht – eine beneidenswerte Eigenschaft, die BURDEN OF GRIEF zum Ende des dritten Jahrzehnts weiterhin auszeichnet.

In the dim glow of a London pub back in 2010, Space Fight was born, a serendipitous union of three friends—two Brits and an American—over a shared pint and a shared dream. Their ascent was swift; they soon found themselves electrifying the crowds at Camden Crawl, zigzagging across the UK with tours that included a notable stint supporting Ra Ra Riot, and catching the ear of BBC6 Music. By 2013, their signatures were drying on the contract for their debut LP, cementing their arrival on the scene.

Then came the silence, a hiatus that lingered until the world itself hit pause in 2020. It was in this suspended reality that the creative sparks flew anew, kindling the flames for their sophomore effort, Do You Dream In The Daylight.

In the latest dispatch from the cosmos, Space Fight, led by Spen Miles (Ra Ra Riot), unveils Halimede, the second wave from their much-anticipated EP, Hyperspeed, set to drop on 3/22. Draped in the nostalgic vibes of mid-aughts chill-wave, Halimede unfolds as a laid-back, atmospheric anthem, gently ascending from its serene beginnings into a powerful ballad crescendo, capped off with a searing guitar solo that sends it into the stratosphere. Space Fight’s mastery of the pop idiom is undeniable—woven with intricate textures and crowned with harmonies that resonate with the soul, they’ve crafted a sound that’s both lush and layered. This track is a testament to Space Fight’s ability to blend the ethereal with the electric, marking yet another milestone in their interstellar sojurn through the indie-pop universe.

“I spent months studying jazz piano in lieu of – or perhaps as a procrastination from – starting the writing process once again, so ‘Halimede’ is the first Space Fight song to feature acoustic piano,” Miles says.  “Many of the parts and progressions were influenced from that time of piano study. The song tells the story of a man separated from a deep love by a long distance… a distance of time, or space, or probably both.”

The follow-up to 2022’s LP Do You Dream In The Daylight – the band’s new EP Hyperspeed sees them exploring a darker and more synth-focused sound. The EP was produced by the band and features 4 new original songs as well as a remix by renowned lo-fi producer Allem Iversom.  Tom Welch shows off his versatility as an acoustic and electric guitarist, spinning beautiful lines, progressions, and melodic harmonies throughout the song, while drummer Billy Hawkes drives the song forward with a palpable energy. To bring everything together, Math Bishop – known for his work with U2 and The Killers – was enlisted to mix and master the song.

Post-Punk.com had a few questions for Miles about the origin of the track and what’s next for Space Fight.

The word “halimede” has roots in both Greek mythology and in our solar system.  Where did you come across the word and what inspired you to dedicate a song to it? Exactly right. My first idea on the lyrics was to write from the point of view of someone stranded on a distant moon, and as I was writing I researched names of moons and I came across “Halimede,” a moon of Neptune. When I learned it was named after a mythological sea-nymph goddess, that seemed at least equally worth exploring, and so the lyrics ended up being somewhat of a mesh of these two ideas… lost on a distant moon, longing for an ancient sea-nymph, you know, your typical rock and roll story.  

You’ve noted that “Halimede” was the first track that the band put together for the new EP, do you feel like it influenced the rest of Hyperspeed by virtue of it being the first song? Absolutely. We had a few false starts in late 2022 after our last album came out, nothing was really clicking. I was listening to McBess a lot around that time, and I loved the synth sounds and vibe on his last record Tubes. We decided to get into a darker synthy sound and see where it took us. The bones of what would become “Halimede” was the first thing that came out of that idea. Then fairly quickly we had 8 songs in various states of progress that we were excited about. We briefly thought about finishing a full length album, but if we had done that we’d still be working on it now, and we wanted to get something out faster. Hopefully those other tunes will get finished up eventually and make their way into the world… or some may find new life in other projects of ours like Paultra Violet or Wendel, and Space Fight will move on to something else, I’m not sure yet!  

What do you hope people take away from your upcoming EP Hyperspeed That’s hard to answer. I hardly ever wonder what people will take away from our music. Once it’s out there, I’m over it. If people like it and it makes any kind of impact, that would of course be amazing, but the important thing for me is to just get it out there and then move on to whatever is next. I guess my hope in the long run is to create a body and legacy of work over time that can’t be ignored and speaks for itself. I like Warhol’s philosophy, “Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.” I couldn’t say it better than that.

Die Electro / Dark Wave-Band CORLYX hat nach “Kill Cave” mit “Ghost Of The West Coast” eine weitere neue Single mitsamt Video-Clip veröffentlicht. Der Track symbolisiert quasi die Flucht des Duos, welches aus Caitlin Stokes und Brandon Ashley besteht, aus Los Angeles – ein Wendepunkt, der zu neuen Identitäten und der Gründung der Band führte.

Im September 2023 ist die Single “Wasted And Alone” mitsamt Video-Clip erschienen. Die Single folgte auf 2022er-Album “Blood In The Disco”.

In the digital age, the phenomenon of doomscrolling has emerged as a sinister companion to our daily routines, compelling us to wade through an endless deluge of disheartening news with a morbid fascination. This relentless consumption of negative information, often underscored by the rhythms of social media, has insidiously woven itself into the fabric of our lives, casting a long shadow over our mental well-being. The act not only heightens our anxiety and stress levels, feeding into our brain’s predisposition for negative bias, but also encroaches upon the sanctity of our sleep, with the haunting glow of our screens disrupting our natural rest cycles. The emotional toll is palpable, manifesting in mood swings and a pervasive sense of hopelessness. Moreover, the productivity of countless individuals is sapped by this compulsive engagement, as precious hours that could be devoted to creative pursuits or meaningful interactions are lost in the abyss of gloomy headlines.

In this era where information is incessant and often overwhelming, finding balance and fostering a mindful approach to media consumption has never been more crucial, a challenge that beckons with the urgency of a breaking news alert.

US-Belgian artist NAH’s ‘I Don’t Think This Will Ever Be Over‘ resonates as a potent commentary on the relentless cycle of distressing events and the habit of doomscrolling, despite its overwhelming assault on the senses. With it, NAH explores the percussive sonic fringe between genres, by tastefully blending sounds and attitudes across noise, jazz, punk, hip hop, dark electronic music, and sci-fi-esque ambient compositions. The maddening flip between voices, sounding like one of those spirit boxes ghost hunters drag out to cemeteries, underscores a generational shift. Gone are the days of aimlessly flipping through car radio stations or navigating the limited selection of TV channels – streaming took that boredom out of the equation. The contemporary phenomenon of endlessly scrolling through social media feeds, however, has replaced it, and the blurring of horrific news and mindless chatter is a bizarre juxtaposition. This modern practice bombards us with an excess of information and stress, leaving our minds in a state of disarray, frustration, and a relentless quest for clarity.

“Not to be too direct or to hinder the…imagination, but the process of creating this track and its accompanying video kind of represent the work itself. Both were created with no real intention, but slowly embodied the concept of the album entirely. Starting somewhat innocently and then through the course of the process (or one’s day for example) they gradually pick up negative energy or thoughts they sought to leave behind. Eventually mixing all together to form a walking anxiety ball that is desperately searching for clarity. All of life’s bullshit, good and bad, forming its existence. Sometimes confronting your past is the only way forward. I dunno. Life is crazy dude.”

Set for release on March 15, NAH’s new album ‘Totally Recalled’ showcases his emotional growth and refined technical skills, available on vinyl through VIERNULVIER Records and digitally via his own Difficult Sounds. The album features 10 tracks that blend intense rhythms with introspective elements, marking NAH’s ongoing quest to merge acoustic and electronic percussion within a myriad of noisy genres. Inspired by his global experiences in underground music scenes, Totally Recalled offers a genre-defying auditory journey that reflects on the complexities of contemporary life. While it’s designed for immersive listening at home, the album’s true essence is best experienced live, promising an intense auditory experience.

To complement Totally Recalled, NAH has crafted a visually stunning live AV show bearing the same name. This immersive spectacle offers a psychedelic journey through visuals that metaphorically reflect his experiences as an expat artist away from his native land. The show serves as a visual narrative, delving into themes of confusion, disconnection, narcissism, anxiety, and the pervasive fear within the Americanized contemporary landscape. It’s a raw, gritty, and intense presentation that mirrors the essence of his origins, or perhaps, challenges the viewer to question it.

Die Groove Metal / Metalcore-Band STONE HORNS hat nach “Age Of Chimairas” mit “In The Clutches Of The Abyss” einen weiteren Video-Clip ihres neuen Albums “Chimaira” veröffentlicht. Es ist nach “The Beast Inside” (2018) und “Rise of Apophis” (2021) das dritte Album der Franzosen aus Marseille.

“Chimaira” erzählt die Geschichte einer Odyssee, bei der man von allen abgelehnt wird und nach Rache dürstet. Es erforscht den Durst des Lebens nach Anerkennung, egal in welcher Form. Erschienen ist das Album am 26. Januar 2024 via Rockshots Records.

Mit “Stoned Again” wird in einigen Wochen das neue Album der Stoner / Heavy Boogie Rock-Band MAX BOOGIE OVERDRIVE erscheinen. Es ist das erste Album der von Gitarrist Jim “Max Boogie” Bacchi (HITTMAN, FUZZBUBBLE, THE TIKIYAKI ORCHESTRA) sowie Bassist und Sänger Daren “Drop Dee” Ford (RED SQUARE BLACK, RAVINE, THE GENERALS) ins Leben gerufenen Band. Komplettiert wird das Line-Up von Drummer Tom “Knuckles” Hernandez (LORDS OF ALTAMONT, SUPERBEEZ) und Gitarrist Richard “RC” Clark.

BBelgium’s ULTRA SUNN has recently released a new single titled “Shake Your Demons”. It is a part of their highly-anticipated debut full-length album ‘US’, which is set to release on April 19th via Artoffact Records. The band is planning to embark on an extensive touring schedule in 2024. They have also released a video of their live performance of the new track, shot in their home turf. Shake Your Demons strikes a harmonious balance between tranquility and captivation. It can serve as a serene backdrop to the rhythm of a workday, gently coaxing your body into motion, or it can escalate into the pulsating heart of a dance floor, inviting unrestrained movement and joy.

The song’s verses traverse the stormy waters of self-reckoning, laying bare the discord between individual intentions and the labyrinthine nature of temporal progression. The poignant image of one poised at a threshold, despite the journey’s advances, evokes enduring attachments and unquiet sentiments. With the allegorical brandishing of a firearm towards an ‘invisible confidante’ and the wilting of blossoms, the song explodes euphorically into the motifs of closure, fervent affect, and metamorphosis, ultimately crescendoing in an entreaty to liberate oneself from the clutches of emotional turbulence.

Sonically leaning into inspirations from New Beat, EBM, and UK Garage to Techno and Trance, the band cites Underworld, Faithless, Inoui, Front 242, and A Split Second as influences.  Sam’s voice, as deep and mysterious as a moonless night, weaves into Gaelle’s meticulously arranged orchestra of analogue synthesizers and industrial drum machinery. Their work embodies their love for the fine arts, fashion, and the electrifying spirit of Coldwave, New Beat, and fresh EBM. As observers of their era, ULTRA SUNN generates vibrant, dance-inducing anthems that preach self-growth, resistance against anxiety, and champion gender equality.

“Shake Your Demons is about shaking up your bad habits, your anxieties, and refusing to get bogged down by it,” says the band. “It’s time, and it can be done with strength and tenderness.”

The contemporary EBM/Coldwave/New Beat sensation Ultra Sunn hails from Brussels, Belgium, and was formed in late 2019 by frontman Sam Huge and keyboardist/producer Gaelle Souflet. In 2023, they were joined on stage by keyboardist and percussionist Alexis Andrigo. A lauded live act, the band has regularly played alongside Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, DAF and A Split Second.

The name ULTRA SUNN stems from Gaelle and Sam’s reflection on aesthetics, light, and the symbolism of the sun, embodying the couple’s ideals.

“The album is called ‘US,’ like the initials of ULTRA SUNN,” says the band about their forthcoming LP. “In addition to being a reference to two records that we love, VU (Velvet Underground) and AM (Arctic Monkeys), it reflects the more personal texts in this album – the bond between us (Gaelle and Sam) being stronger than ever, a new musician joining us on tour, and the bond that we have created with our audience / how the concerts are carried and experienced all together with strength and love. It’s our album, it’s yours, it’s about US.”

Embarking on multiple legs of touring throughout this year with select festival dates (Sick New World, Catch One, Resistanz, Dark Malta, Verboden, Amphi), Ultra Sunn’s first run will kick off in Hambourg, GER, on February 8th and see them heading through Europe and the UK before switching continents. The USA tour is set to debut in Denver, CO, on April 25th and close in Seattle, WA, on May 11th, when they will return to Europe for another EU leg, including an album release party at the Orangerie au Botanique in their home town of Brussels on June 1st.

LINDY-FAY HELLA & DEI FARNE hat mit “Whisper” eine erste Single ihres kommenden Albums “Islet” veröffentlicht.

“Es geht um die Geschöpfe dieser Welt. Diejenigen, die wir manchmal um uns herum spüren können, aber nicht unbedingt sehen. Die in der Natur leben. Die Trolle, die Feen, die mythischen Wesen. Jede Kultur hat Geschichten über sie und Vorschläge, wie man mit ihnen umgehen kann oder nicht.
