20.09.2025 - Ultra Sunn Joins Forces with Violet Chachki in Their Stylish and Seductive Video for “L.A. Drags”

Belgium’s Ultra Sunn have unveiled their latest single, “L.A. Drags,” a slow-burning hymn of shadow and desire, accompanied by a dramatic new video starring the inimitable Violet Chachki.

The clip contrasts sun-soaked Los Angeles palms with the nocturnal haze of a fog-drenched studio, cutting between open roads and ritualistic performance. Ultra Sunn stalk the stage in silhouette, their analog synths glowing through smoke, while Chachki commands the frame in a corseted black ensemble—equal parts fetish, glamour, and theatre. The effect is both cinematic and intimate, echoing Ultra Sunn’s fusion of EBM precision with coldwave melancholy.

Chachki, celebrated internationally as a performance artist and RuPaul’s Drag Race champion, previously appeared in Mareux’s viral clip for “The Perfect Girl,” embodying its languid menace and fetishized glamour. Here, she channels that same intensity into a darker register, exchanging domestic surrealism for stage-lit austerity and raw seduction.

The track itself is emblematic of Ultra Sunn’s evolution since their 2024 debut album US. Where earlier singles like “Some Ghost Could Follow” and “The Beast In You” wrestled with inner demons and haunted intimacy, “L.A. Drags” carries a sensual tension—part Berlin nightclub, part California daytrip. Driven by EBM and coldwave synths, metallic percussion, and Sam Huge’s cavernous baritone, it suggests both surrender and defiance.

The video, directed by Alejandro Lomeli, culminates in striking tableaux: Violet framed between Gaelle Souflet and Sam Huge in gothic symmetry, or enthroned in flowing black fabric while Sam clings to her lap—a pose slyly recalling Raphael’s Madonna della Sedia, reframed here as post-industrial iconography. Each frame moves seamlessly between music video and fashion editorial, blurring the lines between drag performance and devotional ritual.

Watch the video for “L.A. Drags” below:

Ultra Sunn are gearing up for the release of their forthcoming album, The Beast In You, with an extensive run of tour dates across Europe this fall. The itinerary takes them from late September festival slots in Belgium and the Netherlands to a triumphant album release show in Brussels on October 18th. 20.09.2025 - Portishead Reunite in Studio for Performance of “Roads” Shown at Together for Palestine Benefit

Portishead — who last performed together in 2022 at the Help! A War Child Benefit Concert in Bristol, their first show in seven years — have reappeared again with a new in-studio performance of “Roads.” The video was shown during Brian Eno’s Together for Palestine benefit concert, held September 17 at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.

The black-and-white clip, filmed at Bristol’s Cube Microplex, features Beth Gibbons, Geoff Barrow and Adrian Utley backed by a string quartet.

Barrow explained that while the group couldn’t be physically present at the concert, they “desperately wanted to be involved to put our voice to help end the ongoing genocide that is taking place right now.”

The band also issued a joint statement: “We are incredibly honoured to stand in solidarity with Palestine and be part of this crucial event. The genocide must stop.”

The Wembley concert — organized by Brian Eno alongside a host of artists and activists — raised money through ticket sales, merchandise and donations, with proceeds channeled via Choose Love to Palestinian-led organizations in Gaza.

Watch the performance of Roads below:

Since Portishead’s last tour in 2015, the members have largely pursued their own projects. Beth Gibbons released her stark 2019 recording of Górecki’s Symphony No. 3, as well as her long-anticipated solo album, Lives Outgrown, earlier this year. Geoff Barrow has kept up a steady pace with Beak>, whose most recent album >>> arrived in 2022, while Adrian Utley has remained active in film scoring and outside collaborations. Though the trio rarely reconvene under the Portishead name, their individual work has kept their influence in constant circulation.

Together for Palestine took place on September 17 at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, a 12,500-capacity benefit organized by Brian Eno alongside Khaled Ziada, Tracey Seaward, and actor Khalid Abdalla. Proceeds were directed through the charity Choose Love to Palestinian-led aid groups in Gaza, with the night combining live performances, speeches, poetr,y and visual art. Stage design came from Es Devlin in collaboration with Palestinian painter Malak Mattar.

19.09.2025 - Brooklyn’s MONOGRAMS Faces Mortality with Psyched-Out Post-Punk Single “Tons”

Monograms is a Brooklyn-bred experiment that insists on fusing disparate histories of post-punk, new wave, and industrial pop into one combustible entity. Ian Jacobs, the architect of this “Nuke-Wave” sound, returns from a period of relative quiet with TONS, a single that announces itself like an alarm, brash yet deliberate, laying the foundation for his forthcoming SHAPES EP (out October 17, 2025). Released through PaperCup Music, the track already feels at home in the clubs it was designed to infiltrate.

Jacobs calls the song autobiographical, its origins locked in the memory of a near-death experience: “TONS a time at the beach where I quite literally almost drowned. It was a real ‘life flashing before your eyes’ kinda moment that I had, and it really stuck with me and put a lot of things in perspective. Mortality is a funny thing.” That candor forms the marrow of Monograms, where the personal collides with the mechanical, and the human voice is swallowed, reshaped, and amplified by the circuitry it courts.

With TONS, Jacobs has staged another episode in his ongoing chronicle of sound, one where mortality, memory, and machinery intersect. The EP looms, promising to further unravel the paradox he has cultivated: music that is both immediate and distant, visceral yet mediated, driven by the strange electricity of survival.

Monograms’ new EP promises a different vantage point. “The new Monograms SHAPES EP is an amalgamation of songs I put together over the last few years, as I stretched my life into a place that felt more comfortable and less angsty,” Jacobs says. “From my vantage point, this collection of songs just exists as what it is. I played every instrument and word on the EP so even though a lot of the songs came from slightly different timelines… I was able to create a singular voice and structure to things. The songs sonically lean into earlier iterations of the band, playing more real drum kits and a bit less drum machines, but still aiming to retain some of that ‘Nuke-Wave’ sound that I’ve built Monograms around over the years.”

Jacobs is not stepping into new territory, so much as mapping the strange cartography of his own aesthetic. Brooklyn remains the crucible: its DIY stages and warehouse echoes shaping the frequencies. His history is extensive, having supported names like Cloud Nothings, Sunflower Bean, A Place To Bury Strangers, and Girl Band, while licensing tracks to television and film (Shameless, SXSW Film Festival). This is not the résumé of an outsider but of an artist embedded in the bloodstream of independent culture.

19.09.2025 - Dark Synth-Pop Duo Ghost Cop Administers an Homage to “Re-Animator” in Video for “The Girl With The Terminal Stare”

Running along
My breath and blood
It’s never enough
I’m bleeding

New York’s Ghost Cop are artisans of unease. The duo of Lucy Swope and Sean Dack deal in electronics that evoke both the smoke-filled basements of downtown clubs and the flicker of late-night television. Their second album, TROUBLE, sharpens the pair’s fascination with B-movies, pulp literature, and a darker musical lineage stretching from post-punk to synth pop. The result is an atmosphere equal parts sardonic and sincere, one that thrives on excess while constantly aware of its own artifice.

The Girl With The Terminal Stare, unveiled alongside a video that revels in horror pastiche, offers a direct channel into the group’s obsessions. A song title plucked from Chiller Theater establishes the intent: this is a band who take pop detritus and resurrect it with mischief.

Musically, the track is built on a thumping synth bassline and percussion designed for the midnight floor. Swope’s voice, ethereal yet resigned, carries the text with both theatrical flair and a tired candour. The lyrics reveal exhaustion, yearning, and confrontation with mortality. Vulnerability collides with menace; desire bleeds into sin. Repeated references to fatigue and running underline futility, while imagery of warnings, heat, and blood turns the song into an allegory of inner turmoil and compulsion. In a few minutes, the piece captures the endless cycle of want and weariness.

The video, directed with a wink to cinema’s macabre cult classic, stages a mad scientist reviving two corpses to serve as backup dancers. Predictably, the dead revolt. One thinks of Re-Animator, Dr. Caligari (1989), The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and of course Thriller, but the treatment is less homage than knowing camp. It laughs at itself while winking at the audience.

Ghost Cop’s enthusiasm for movement extends beyond metaphor. “We’d wanted to work with choreographer Neil Schwartz for ages, and with the dance-ready beat and 80s influences, this song felt like the perfect fit,” says the band. That collaboration enlists dancers Jordan Kaya and Roy Garzon, whose sharp lines and reckless spins electrify the screen. Their physicality matches the track’s mixture of menace and release, turning choreography into commentary.

Ghost Cop understand that excess is America’s native tongue, and their work is a reminder that even in camp…there is consequence.

Watch The Girl With The Terminal Stare below:

Ghost Cop’s appeal lies in this balancing act: camp spectacle paired with dead-serious execution. They acknowledge the absurdity of horror clichés while reveling in their power. The music ranges across dystopian floor fillers, cinematic ballads, and vocoder lullabies, yet remains anchored by the duo’s insistence that pop can hold both parody and profundity. As they prepare for a run of Midwest dates, including a stop at Chicago’s Cold Waves Festival on September 25, the project stands as both artifact and critique of a culture addicted to spectacle.

19.09.2025 - Wichita’s Brave Boy Shimmers With Crystalline Post-Punk Reverie in New Single “Hide and Seek”

You were hiding But I sought you out…
The sound of Brave Boy glimmers with crystalline clarity, carrying both radiance and unease, as if prairie winds had caught fireflies in their currents. Wichita might seem an unlikely birthplace for such luminous music, but that contrast sharpens their edge. Married duo Mary and Eric Harrison shape their project as a study in collision, where light and shadow, power and tenderness, all press against one another. Their new single, Hide & Seek, is their most vivid reflection yet.

Crystalline synthpop pulses against dreamy post-punk foundations, laced with the warm tactile glow of dream pop. The song bubbles, pops, and glimmers, evoking fireflies and lantern light as if a game of hide and seek were unfolding in a twilight garden. A bright guitar line drifts like glass catching dusk, while vintage synths sparkle with radiant clarity, softened at the edges but never dulled. Beneath it all, a steady rhythm drives forward with restless urgency, shimmering like a cascade of shooting stars across a cosmic backdrop. Through it, Mary Harrison’s voice glows with resolve — tender, commanding, and unflinching — as each sound bursts into brilliance, radiant and gone before it can be held.

Hide and Seek is, in the band’s own words, “a fast-paced post punk gut punch about the frustration of saving someone who won’t reciprocate.”

Listen to “Hide and Seek” below:

Hide and Seek by Brave Boy

Hailing from Wichita, Kansas, Brave Boy melds elements of synthpop, shoegaze, dreampop, glam, and darkwave into their distinctive sound. The band consists of the married couple Mary Harrison (vocals) and Eric Harrison (guitar, bass, and synthesizer). Drawing inspiration from both classic and contemporary musicians as well as existentialist philosophical writings and literature, their music and lyrics explore topics like the many facets of love, surviving trauma, and the intricate power structures within society.

Brave Boy has been praised for emotionally raw live performances that emote the drama woven into their music and lyrics. Eric’s dreamy and powerful guitars and Mary’s soaring, glammy vocals team up in ways that might call to mind bands ranging from Siouxsie and the Banshees to Cocteau Twins and Slowdive, with added synthpop elements. Sixteen singles in, the Harrisons know their palette — and sharpen it with intent.

That persistence has carried them from small rooms to larger stages, including a coveted slot opening for Gang of Four. It is no accident: persistence, labor, and songs unafraid of their own clarity have earned Brave Boy that ground. Hide & Seek shows them at their most radiant — two musicians who understand that truth in sound gleams brightest when illusion is pared away, leaving only light and motion flickering like lanterns in the dark.

19.09.2025 - Ethereal Darkwave Duo Feyleux Herald the Season of the Witch With Haunting Video for “Phantoma”

Phantoma
Secrets waiting for you
Painted by moonlit snow
Shake away all the tears that we have shown
Happy eclipse season! On the weekend of the Autumn Equinox, North Carolina’s Feyleux unveils their video for “Phantoma,” a track drawn from their latest album“Midnight Hearts.” The choice of date: a hinge of seasons, daylight poised against darkness, feels deliberate. In their music, as in their imagery, the duo negotiates thresholds, turning pop structure into ritual, and mood into theatre.

Laurie Ruroden and Erica Gilstrap form the nucleus of Feyleux. Their alliance is recent, but the chemistry arrives charged and taut. What they produce is not merely a revival of darkwave or dream pop tropes; it is a distillation. A tremor of bass synth drives the frame, guitars trace arcs that feel like afterimages on film stock, and voices are layered until they become vapor…suggestive of presence, but untethered from flesh.

Phantoma, released by Swiss Dark Nights, is preoccupied with apocalypse and desire. The song sketches intimacy against collapse, the erotic pitched against ruin. There is refracted grandeur, reframed through restraint. One hears the vocabulary of 1980s goth and ethereal pop: icy leads, programmed percussion, harmonies that stretch upward, yet Feyleux handles these materials with precision, sanding away pastiche into a direct line to the listener’s nervous system.

The video for Phantoma translates this ethos into image. Shot with handheld immediacy and layered edits, it recalls the collage aesthetics of late-80s and early-90s alternative music television, where grain and blur suggested an oneiric suspension. Figures half-seen, gestures repeated, light that dazzles only to dim again. It is feverish, yet disciplined; an assemblage where the boundary between nostalgia and invention collapses.

The song itself brims with unease: synth lines coil like serpents, guitars shimmer in vertical sheets, and vocals hover with a paradoxical clarity. The effect is sirenic—neither comfort nor terror, but a simultaneous pull toward both. Listeners are invited to inhabit a zone where the familiar pop refrain becomes estranged, uncanny. To invoke comparisons to Cocteau Twins, Lycia, and Cranes is natural, but perhaps insufficient. Feyleux feel like heirs to the late-80s and early-90s ethereal goth lineage, a tradition scented with incense and draped in velvet, where earnest magickal spells were whispered into microphones and echoed across cavernous spaces. Their music rises like baroque architecture in miniature: ornate yet imposing, every detail serving atmosphere as much as structure. In this way, Feyleux situates themselves within lineage while resisting confinement, building devotion and dread, intimacy and annihilation into their aural cathedrals.

On the cusp of seasons, they offer a sound that feels equally like eclipse and dawn.

19.09.2025 - Between Desire and Decay — Los Angeles Artist NYIKO Releases Video for Smoldering Darkwave Single for “Sugar”

You take the call late at night
You don’t need to ask if it’s alright.
There are nights in Los Angeles when the air feels lacquered with temptation, when neon hums with the same disquiet as an anxious heart. NYIKO’s new single, Sugar, released September 19th via Trailing Twelve, seems born of such hours. It thrums with a modernist ache, somewhere between Mareux’s cold elegance and Provoker’s razor-edged intimacy. Still, it carries a languor all its own: angular guitars tracing wounds, synths swelling like sirens across a dim boulevard, bass lines muscular yet strangely resigned.

The track glows and struts, synths pulsing in sync with a heart unwilling to yield, guitars cutting diagonals through the haze. It is a dance song for those who can’t quite surrender to dancing, a feverish hymn for the terminally unsatisfied.

The lyric teeters on surrender, sweetness that curdles with each taste. “To me, Sugar is about temptation and control,” NYIKO confesses. “It’s what happens when lust overrides logic – when something looks sweet on the surface but rots you from the inside,” One hears in his delivery the velvet threat of desire tipping into delirium. Temptation is the fruit, candied and polished, yet already rotting at the core.

The accompanying video, directed by Peter Donaghy, brings this parable to flesh and performance. Tempting figures circle our protagonist like doomed constellations: magnetic, yet unable to close the gulf between them. Their orbit unfolds inside a theatre of want: pole dancers, bathed in strobing light, gesture their routines with professional precision. They are supposed to entice, yet the camera lingers on the vacant glaze in their eyes, on the way the dancers become wallpaper, ornament, static. Vice has curdled into monotony, sex becomes another currency drained of its charge. The viewer is left stranded in the hollow luxury of an endless party, Gatsby’s ballroom after dawn.

This shimmering façade that conceals nothing but ash, the gold that turns to dust in your hand. NYIKO’s Sugar stages that old American promise, that indulgence can soothe the sou,l and exposes it as counterfeit. The video’s dancers, no longer sirens, become symbols of exhausted ritual. Desire, monetized and looped on stage, collapses into its own redundancy.

In Sugar, pleasure is performance, intimacy is transaction, and desire is both feast and famine. NYIKO makes the glitter gleam, only to show us the void beneath. And still, like moths drunk on the porch light, we cannot look away.

Watch below:

NYIKO (“nee-koh”) is a Los Angeles–based singer, songwriter, producer, label owner, and visual artist who fuses synth-pop, post-punk, and new wave into songs that shimmer with sophistication yet pulse with raw emotional depth. Raised in a small New Hampshire town, he first unearthed inspiration digging through dollar-bin records and later refined his instincts as a college radio DJ in Vermont, where his fascination with overlooked sounds began to coalesce.

Since relocating to Los Angeles in 2015, NYIKO has sculpted music that is polished but never hollow, addressing themes of mental health, identity, dating, and self-love with candor. His pop sensibility is immediate, but beneath the surface lies a deeper current of nostalgia, like a half-remembered dream on a late-night drive. For NYIKO, accessibility is a way to transform private fractures into shared catharsis.

19.09.2025 - Dark Electronic Outfit Ex-Hyena Cloak Themselves With Campy Cult Ritual in Video for “This Is Your Love”

The cult, with its siren-song of certainty, is but destiny’s counterfeit coin: it offers the illusion of freedom while binding the spirit in invisible chains. To join is to surrender doubt, that fertile soil of wisdom, and to embrace a borrowed dream. Yet the question persists: can we mere players in a theatre of inherited myths break free from these architects of belief? Or are we condemned, by some ancient clockwork, to repeat the cycle of master and disciple, shepherd and flock?

Ex-Hyena’s latest vision arrives cloaked in ritual and rhythm, a feverish broadcast from the underbelly of devotion. Their new single, This Is Your Love, already a high-energy EBM mind-racer, finds its mirror in a music video that dares to ask whether freedom can exist in the arms of control. Inspired by personal experiences, Boston’s nightlife, and cult documentaries like Twin Flame Universe and Seduced: Inside The Nxivm Cult, the song’s obsession with manipulation and destiny finds a vivid stage.

Directed, shot, and edited by Reuben Bettsak, the film projects the allure and menace of belief systems dressed up as salvation. The video stands as a natural extension of the track, expanding its fever into the visual language of secrecy and submission.  Figures in robes move through darkened rooms, anonymous and ominous, casting the aura of secrecy around a dynamic cast. The frame breathes tension, yet slips into humour – the video knows the campy side of ritual performance, embracing silliness while never letting go of its bleaker message. The cult becomes both carnival and caution, a place where promise is entwined with exploitation.

There is allure in the dance of ritual, the promise of belonging, the intoxicating hum of group belief. But beneath the robes and gestures lurks the danger of surrendering autonomy. Ex-Hyena holds the lens steady on that contradiction, turning their song into both a celebration of energy and a warning about the cost of devotion.

In a world of uncertainty, cults have such a mass appeal to those afraid of their futures, wanting a sense of community and communal rituals to feel a place in the universe. What happens when our best interests are supplanted by the power-hungry willing to blackmail us…or worse?

Watch the video for “This is Your Love” below:

Ex-Hyena’s music draws from multiple cultural remnants: disco’s glitter, already tarnished by commodification; the drifting excesses of psychedelia; and the corroded clang of industrial machinery. These fragments are not mere ornament but stitched together through syncopation and repetition: mechanisms that compel attention and participation. What emerges is not designed for casual consumption or polite diversion; it rejects the frameworks of brunch culture and commercialized nightlife. Instead, it constructs a space closer to a bunker, where sound functions less as entertainment than as confrontation. The imagery of their performance underscores this point: light is not a promise of escape but a failure; a blinking exit sign above a crowd enclosed in darkness. In this sense, Ex-Hyena’s work reflects the broader social landscape, where cultural production bears the imprint of late capitalism’s decay, yet also hints at resistance through its very refusal of sanctioned forms of pleasure.

This Is Your Love was recorded by Bo Barringer and Reuben Bettsak, produced by Bo Barringer, and mixed and mastered by Adam Stilson at Decade Music Studios. Ex-Hyena has shared the stage with contemporaries such as Korine, Haunt Me, Traitrs, Blood Handsome, Harsh Symmetry, Komrads, and others.

19.09.2025 - Lithuanian Post-Punk Outfit Local Blood Debuts Sarcastic Anthem “Come Around” — Band On Tour in Europe Now!

Well I’m not your dog
So why would you feed me without spoon and fork…
Vilnius quartet Local Blood sharpen irony into anthems, and their latest single Come Around is no exception. Sarcasm replaces affection; defiance masks tenderness. Bombastic synths thunder while vocals deliver every line with a sly, mocking edge. As the band themselves put it: “This is a sarcastic love-relationship anthem, filtered through campy bravado and raw honesty. It’s about refusing to be diminished, even when it’s easier to laugh at yourself than to rage — a goodbye to infantilization and a step toward growing up, while owning vulnerability and turning something messy into something sexy and strong.”

This fall, Come Around becomes the rallying cry of their second European tour. “We’re preparing intensely and are excited to be able to independently organize and head out on our second European tour. We can’t wait to share our music in countries where no one has heard us yet,” the band explains. “The fact that this is already our second international tour, that there’s demand for this kind of music and that people are waiting for us — we’re looking forward to meeting new listeners, feeling the vibe of foreign audiences and exploring the atmosphere of new places.”

Listen to “Come Around” below:

Come Around is also available via Bandcamp.

Come Around by Local Blood

Local Blood’s ascent has been steady: 2022’s Dystopian Disco earned them a nomination for Best Rock Band at Lithuania’s M.A.M.A. Awards, and 2023’s Loverman explored the criminal romanticism of early ’90s independence-era Lithuania, receiving widespread media attention and international coverage. Their live launch of the album at Vilnius’ Loftas turned the venue into a Twin Peaks-esque nightclub, underscoring the theatrical irony that fuels their music. By spring 2024, they had already completed their first Central European tour, and their appearance at Europavox Vilnius proved their growing reach.

As they take their album Loverman, the new single ‘Come Around,’ and other unreleased tracks on tour, Local Blood are not only amplifying their own sound but carrying Lithuania’s underground to international stages — strengthening their reputation abroad and forging connections for the future.

Tour Dates:

19.09.2025 - From Cemeteries to Freeways — Dallas Duo Othering Examines Distance and Intimacy in Their Video for “Chasing”

Don’t say goodnight
I don’t want to wonder why we’re chained so soon
In a room chasing lies
Exchanging sighs
Othering, the Dallas-born duo of Bryan Yalta and Isai Beltran, carry themselves like figures etched against twilight. Formed in late 2021 as Yalta’s solo vision and soon joined by his longtime school friend Beltran, the pair sharpened their presence with the 2023 EP Cheap Nights and a summer run across Texas. Now, their debut full-length Uptakes solidifies that foundation, with the new single Chasing as its central point of gravity.

Built on jangly guitars and synth textures that bloom and recede like shifting streetlights, Chasing thrives in its restraint. Bass and drums provide a steady pulse, while Yalta’s hushed vocals breathe like secrets spoken on the periphery of night. The song’s terrain is fragile and intimate: waiting by a door, fading smiles, sighs exchanged in rooms where lies hang heavy. A track suspended between the comfort of staying and the inevitability of departure, it reflects the delicate theatre of modern intimacy, where closeness often collapses into distance.

“Lyrically, the song is more intimate than distanced, but it kind of leads towards a kind of distance in the end,” Yalta explains. “There’s a contrast there that the song shares with the city of Dallas. Everything feels a bit separated, yet we’re all together in the traffic. So with that contrast in mind, we thought it’d be best to show some of the landscapes of Dallas—the commutes, the general scenery.”

That contrast sharpens further in the accompanying video, directed by Erick Chavez. Shot with a mid-90s sensibility, the footage bends into psychedelic hues and collaged fragments, solarized in bursts of colour. The lens wanders through highways, cemeteries, underpasses – those in-between places where routine and mystery coexist. The effect is both personal and collective, suggesting that every fleeting roadside image carries its own resonance, its own quiet plea for recognition.

The video’s DIY aesthetic, handheld and immediate, mirrors the restless electricity of youth searching for permanence amid constant drift. Dallas itself becomes a character: vast, sprawling, contradictory; a city both containing the band and pushing them further outward.

Chasing lingers like the echo of a voice across empty pavement, a hymn of hesitation and hope. For Yalta and Beltran, the track stands as a step into something larger: a declaration that intimacy and distance, much like traffic on a late-night highway, are bound to intertwine. And from that tension, music worth remembering is born.

Watch the video for “Chasing” below:

Throughout 2024, the duo released a string of singles promoted through a summer tour and a number of shows, playing alongside CD Ghost, Sucio, Future Nobodies, Night Ritualz, Raudiver, and more. Having recently performed with legendary post-punk band Gang of Four and San Antonio Darkwavers Haunt Me, the band is ready to showcase their newfound sound with their latest release.

19.09.2025 - Interview: Aux Animaux - September 2025

Interview with Gözde Duzer (vocals, theremin, bass guitar) from Aux AnimauxI saw the Darkwave artist AUX ANIMAUX live for the first time at the Stella Nomine Festival. Her impressive show immediately captivated me. Gözde Duzer has an incredible charisma, and her performance is full of energy, power and love for her audience. Her music shows influences from the 80s and a lot of inspiration from horror film music (a great passion of hers). What also makes her music so special and creates that unique magical effect is the theremin. Gözde uses it impressively in her show. It is the only instrument that is played without actually touching it.
